2. What the Service is

cropfor.com provides free, browser-based tools to edit and convert video, image, audio and PDF files. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to us. The Service is provided at no cost and is supported by advertising.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to process, create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others;
• Only process files that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated means to abuse the Service or to circumvent advertising;

You are solely responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.

Your content is yours. We claim no ownership over the files you process or the results you create. We never receive them in the first place.

Our content is ours. The cropfor.com name, website design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the tools for their intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site itself without permission.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that every file format or result will meet your expectations, or that the Service will always be free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cropfor.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because your files are processed only on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms
