cropfor.com (“cropfor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides free, browser-based tools to edit and convert video, image, audio and PDF files. This Privacy Policy applies to the website at https://www.cropfor.com and all of its tool pages.

2. Your files never leave your device

Every tool on cropfor.com runs locally in your web browser using technologies such as WebAssembly, the Canvas API and in-browser PDF rendering. When you open a file with one of our tools:

• The file is read and processed only on your own device.
• We do not upload it to any server, and we never see, store, or share it.
• When you close or reload the page, the file and any result are discarded from memory.

Because we never receive your files, we cannot access their contents, recover them, or use them for any purpose.

3. Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, address, or payment details. The limited information involved is:

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated, anonymous usage: which tools are popular, general device and browser types, and approximate region. This helps us improve the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used for analytics and, where shown, advertising (see Section 4).
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and timestamp) for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, solely to respond to you.

cropfor.com is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Our privacy-first design is our strongest safeguard: since your files are processed locally and never transmitted to us, they are not exposed to server-side breaches. The website itself is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
